STEP4 Welding
All processing is done in our own factory, so we can respond immediately in an emergency. Control panels are manufactured in-house, from electrical wiring to programming, so we can flexibly respond to changes in specifications.

STEP5 Assembly
Assembling and adjusting machinery, electrical wiring, etc. In addition to standard products, we also design custom-made products, from assembly to local introduction. We have an extensive track record of delivering to major companies and have the skills to respond to more advanced needs.
STEP3 Machining

STEP6 Inspection
After completion, we will conduct an in-house inspection.Especially for dimensional inspection, we have installed two 3D measuring machines, a spatial coordinate type and a 3D scanner type, to enable highly accurate measurements.

Multi-function CNC lathe
We have introduced the latest multi-function machine that combines the turning function of an NC lathe and the cutting processing of a machining center, allowing us to perform all complex shaft processing in-house.
5-axis machining machine
This is a more flexible machining method that can be performed with a machine that has two rotary tilt axes added to the three linear axes XYZ.Add rotary axes to machine more parts in one setup.
3D printer
The introduction of 3D printers has improved the efficiency of the prototyping process and speeded up product development. In addition, it is now possible to manufacture shapes that could not be realized before, expanding the range of products.
