・Extended screw shaft: The screw section was extended to reach the kiln connection point, allowing smooth powder transfer without additional piping
・Ferrule connection at the feeder outlet: A stainless-steel ferrule joint was mounted at the end of the screw to enable direct and airtight connection to the rotary kiln.
・Heat-resistant structure: The motor and drive unit were protected from kiln heat using an insulated coupling structure.
・Optimized screw design: The screw geometry was adjusted based on the powder’s bulk density and flow characteristics to prevent clogging and ensure stable feeding.
